How joining works

Apply with your documents
Your details, your skills and experience, and your identity, address and police verification documents (PDF or JPG, up to 10 MB each).

We review your application
We check every document before anyone is engaged. If we cannot approve you, we tell you why.

Create your sign-in
Once approved, create a password and use the AideFirst app to set your availability and receive bookings.

Collect payment at check-out
Customers pay in cash at the end of each service. You confirm receipt in the app.
